[237, Wednesday, After Cheerleading: Off on a Night Out]
After cheerleading, D stopped back at her room to change clothes and make a few handwavey phone-calls before heading down to Caritas to meet up with Parker.
Given that she'd parted ways... no, broken up with her more-than-friends best friend with whom she was in love on Friday while simultaneously finding out that she was getting ditched twenty four hours before prom, (though she had a fabulous date in Hamlet), then had her brain broken for the last three days by children from the future (that she wasn't supposed to be able to have, thanks), D totally needed a drink. Several in fact.
So, she checked her reflection, tossed everything she needed into a nice clutch bag instead of taking her thigh holster for once, and left for the night.
