So, with our taxes we got the 1st time homebuyer credit of $7500! Yay, we get to fix up the house a bit! Soo.....we just got an AWESOME bid for re-siding the house and we should be doing that in the next month! SO EXCITED! I HATE the siding on our house and it needs to go. Not just because I don't like it, but because on the south side of the house (where the most weather hits it) the paint is peeling and the siding is all cracked. We will be getting vinyl siding, because it's the cheapest and lasts FOREVER, in a dark blue color with white trim. It should look very sharp. I need to get out of the house soon, it's so nice out and we should go to the park!!
