Money sucks!
So we've been having a very difficult time with money this past week! Our Dish Network has been on the fritz and of couse while trying to troubleshoot on the phone with cust. sevice, the HDMI cable comes out and bends and we can't fix it. So we have to get a new cable (normally about $70, but Ashley's dad works for Best Buy so he may be able to get us one at a big discount).
Lizzy was injured as you know, and just as she's almost back to her normal self, she starts hacking EARLY Wednesday morning. She couldn't stop coughing and was gagging every 3 or so coughs so we took to to the vet ER in Burien. We were afraid she had inhaled something and it was stuck in her lungs. Luckily, it's just Kennel Cough, but we walked out of the vet losing amost $400 for the visit, meds and and x-ray.
THEN, we had to call Safeguard Pest Control because we have had these tiny black ants for a week and they just got to be SO MANY! There's $170 gone.
NEXT I took Lizzy BACK to the vet yesterday because she has this crazy bruising/rash on her abdomen and legs. The ran some blood tests because of the trauma she exerienced last month. They wanted to make sure she wasn't bleeding internally (they are wonderful @ 5 Corners Animal Hospital). It's either an allergic rash from the Kennel Cough meds, or bruising because she was biting herself because she's itchy (hair is just growing back from the attack). There goes another $280. We are just stressing so please pray that things go back to normal soon!
Lucky for Gered he gets to go to a Seattle Sounders FC game tomorrow for FREE!! It helps knowing someone at Nintendo, they always are getting tickets for sporting events! We are also looking forward to Easter with the Larsons on Sunday. It's always a good time when we all get together. We are all healthy and happy, so we are thankful for that! We have food, a roof over our heads and AWESOME friends and family, I guess that's what really matters!
