Writer's Block: AKA
I really wanted to answer this when it first appeared, but I didn't. Dunno why.
My username stems from my first real fandom: Dragon Booster. It aired on the ABC on Tuesday afternoons years ago, and was the highlight of my week. On googling it, I found a fan forum for the show. When deciding what my username would be, I thought about how the main dragon in the series was a gold dragon (dragons being organised by colour, e.g. black, red, etc.), and decided, if gold dragons exist, why not silver dragons? I suppose this may have also stemmed from how much I loved Pokemon Silver.
Soon after, I got accounts on deviantart and here, since several forum members who I was friends with had them. So they'd know who I was, I used my forum username, adding 'db' to signify that I was from the fandom and not some random person.
