I’m going through all my old costuming and planning to purge! It is hard because I’m becoming very nostalgic but I need room for all the new ideas brewing in my head.

Plus it can help fund my move to the new atelier in downtown San Jose. So keep an eye out for sale posts. I spend the day ironing items and photographing.

I’m currently working on the new website and already changed my business name over to my name “Laurie Tavan” and “Daze of Laur” will become the name of my behind the scenes blog instead of my business name. So that simplifies things a bit.

Going to see another workroom space today. This one really calls to me and would work to have my corsetry business have enough space to have an office, a client lounge, a photo studio, and a workroom all in one. I convinced Katie to try on the bonnet with matching ribbons. I told her she looks like a Goth Little Bo Peep. But I had not sheep or crook to give her.
