Me: I'm just about to go for a run *stretching*
Father: ...I thought you were coming to see Grandma with me this morning?
Me: Oh, when are you going?
Father: I just need to go to the toilet.
Also I think we should do some vacuuming.

Father: Probably after lunch. You can go for a run now.
ME: I just ate some toast!
Father: Well I didn't force you to eat it!
