Disneyland Fail
Yesterday we took a trip to Disneyland again. We wanted to go to California Adventure park so we could ride the new Little Mermaid attraction. We got there and the wait time for the ride was 90 minutes. At first we weren't going to do it, but then we just decided, why not? The wait time ended up being about an hour and ten minutes. The wait wasn't too bad, since most of it was in the shade, but there was one point where the line wasn't moving for a while and that was kinda hard. We almost never wait in long lines at Disneyland. We usually get a fastpass instead. I think the last time I waited in a long line was back when the Indiana Jones ride opened in 1995. About the ride itself: It was very nice, but missing a few scenes from the movie. The ride vehicles are like the doom buggies from the Haunted Mansion.
Unfortunately, we only did one other ride because it was just way too crowded. When it's like that it's really miserable, so I can't say I was enjoying myself much while I was there. I nearly had a meltdown too. I felt like I was gonna snap, like I wanted to punch something and I almost cried. It was that bad. It also didn't help that it was pretty warm out (too warm for me, maybe not my mom) and I was also in physical pain at the time, not a good time of the month. So that combination of factors = hell for me lol. I never wanted to leave Disneyland so bad.
It's really too bad, but that's exactly why I don't like to go in the summer time. But we got to do what we came for, and I even got a video of the ride. Check it out
