MBTI, Jem, Dream, and Peter Pan

I found out what my mom's MBTI type, er Jung typology is because I was wondering what it was. So, it's ENFP. Seems like a good personality type to me. I probably wouldn't have it any other way. I told her to read a description of it, and she said that some of it sounded like her. She's pretty much the opposite of me, but she's fun to be around. In case you're wondering, I'm an INTJ. Hmm I might find out what my dad's is sometime in the future.

I had a dream the night before about the cartoon Jem. It's a show made in the late eighties, and I vaguely remember it. It started when I was born and ended when I was 3, so the fact I can remember it is pretty amazing. Although probably what I remember watching was repeats. I just watched the pilot on youtube to see if I could jog my memory. It didn't really bring back memories, but I do kinda remember when the band was on stars when they were singing, and also the end credits. But that's about it. It's too bad they pulled the dvd of the first season out of stores though. :( It seemed really cool. Probably the one "girly" show I actually like.

I had a dream that my mom granted Captain Hook's wish of immortal life and 10,000 dollars. Well that probably isn't good. Great! Now he's probably wandering around terrorizing victims. :P Where's Peter Pan when you need him eh? Mmm Peter Pan dreams are always good.

Speaking of Peter Pan, I did some reading up on J.M. Barrie on wiki, and learned that he was a psychogenic dwarf. These people usually are small in stature, have somewhat of an arrested development(in other words they never really fully become adults)due to trauma or abuse during childhood. I thought this was pretty fascinating, and explains why Barrie probably wrote Peter Pan. He probably was asexual too. Mr. Barrie is my hero because I kind of feel like he did. I don't think I will ever truly grow up. I feel stuck as a kid, and I'd rather keep it that way. I am not a psychogenic dwarf though. I wasn't abused, but I do relate to him. Also I absolutely love Finding Neverland. May we all fly fly away to Neverland one day...
