I called the doctor about my med. They said that they would send the prescription to a CVS in Champaign. I have time to take a short nap before work. No, I ran out of time for the nap.

Dad said that the house "looks nice". My colleague/friend also likes it.

I DoorDashed Panda Express for lunch. I tried to lie down afterward but couldn't sleep.

Now that I'm done with the old place, I'm having a full-blown anxiety attack. I can sleep though. Time to pick up a meditation practice again. As soon as I figure out where I put my meditation cushions (wicker chest in the bedroom?) Getting the place organized should help ( Read more... )
