Photography Tours?
CNN had an article about "gran-influencers" on TikTok. I saved the article. I wonder how long videos can be on TikTok? (Answer: 10 minutes.)
I was walking around the yard looking for pictures to take with my new camera. (It's supposed to arrive on Tuesday.) I found a path with roses on the side in the dappled sunlight of the morning. There also is an interesting tree stump, but the background is cluttered. Maybe I could take a super-close-up. There's an interesting table, and the light hits it mid-afternoon.
Italian went well. We discussed buying a train ticket. My teacher is going to India this summer, so he'll let me know when he is available for lessons. Next week, he's traveling. This would be a good time to study my "tourist Italian" books.
Had my voice lesson. We've established that Stevie Nicks has a lower voice than I do, and I have a pretty low voice. I keep flubbing the lowest note in "Landslide". We tried it in another key and I kept flipping back and forth between keys :)
OTOH, I did the best job on "Diamonds and Rust" that I've done yet. My teacher didn't have much to criticize, er, point out. (I'm not complaining. I want her to criticize my voice!)
Took a nap. Fed the cats and had dinner. Crud, I just realized that I forgot to get oatmeal. I guess that it's Ramen for breakfast, although I have some ultra-nutritious oatmeal that I don't particularly like.
I found a company that does photography tours of various places. I'm thinking of their Amalfi Coast or Santorini tours for 2025.
I need to do the dishes and some other odds and ends, but I need to get up early because Lotus is coming by. How'd it get to be 11:30 PM?
