Ye gods, I'm tired. I got a good night's sleep though. Dark circles under my eyes.
I read an article, "
How to get organized at home when you have ADHD or mental health issues", which led me to a Web site called

I've also been sleeping and not really feeling rested. The back and forth weather affects me, I know, but I also think the deep hurt of our nation, nay- the world, is at play here as well. My brain, my mind, want me to lay low and sleep a bit more on weekends. Tho my night owl-ishness keeps me up til midnight or 1 am on the regular. ha
I hear you on the humidity- I want it to stay in swamplands and leave the rest of us alone! Even me, about 2 blocks from Lake Michigan, suffers from humidity. Ugh, I feel for you mom and your aunt. Oddly, I've been having signs of a possible return of cancer (tho it could be other things.) And with doctors and specialists so overwhelmed, my current appointments for docs are late August and November. It's a rough time to have poor health.
We had a lovely, hard rain before dawn. It woke me, but I enjoyed the sounds. I hope you got to swim! I want to take a yoga swim class, but none of the classes available at Galter Life Center at the hospital where I work are at times I could attend! It sucks.

I don't know why I'm perpetually tired, except my night-owl-ishness keeps me up late. I can't wait until I retire and can keep my own hours!
I'm not very close to my aunt, but what happens to her affects my mom, whom I am really worried about.
I think that we also had rain, but it was over before I woke up. I didn't swim because I stayed up late and got up late.
