It Was a Dark and Sleepy Day....
It just occurred to me that I could donate the sparkling water that I don't like to a food pantry. But it's open from 9-11 Tuesday and 2-4 on Thursday. Not very convenient. I'm going to run over first thing tomorrow.
Oh crap. Now they're saying rain tomorrow and Tuesday. Yep, another rainy, gloomy day. A good day for a nap. Too bad that I'm working :) Mimi has plopped herself on my lap. Mimi has been on and off my lap most of the morning. And now there's a thunderstorm. She doesn't like thunder.
Put the Peanut Butter Chicken in the slow cooker. Yay. It didn't take long to prep.
Voice class went well. I like this class because we're working on the "nuts and bolts" of singing. Today was combining breathing with voice.
And the chicken was really tasty. And it couldn't be easier to make. We've got a winner! I served it with riced cauliflower to make it even more healthy.
I'm trying to be a lot more mindful of my spending. I thought about getting an investment book that I like, but do I really need it if I've looked at it? I ordered another investment book from the library. I did buy some potato grow bags, seed potatoes, and sweet potato slips. The next two weeks or so, I'm going to be busy planting. Which reminds me, I need to get my seeds organized. I'm planting lettuce, peas, and carrots as well as the potatoes and sweet potatoes.
Gathered books to go back to the library. Emptied another box. I need to run over to the storage place tomorrow to get rid of the boxes.
