Musical Interlude

We're keeping the same time for Italian, so it'll be at 1 PM for me. That's good because I had a tough time getting moving today.

I had real problems with Italian tripping over words. Also, my headphones weren't working.

I watched a webinar about a new piano method for rock and blues piano. It's kind of what I want to learn (it includes how to accompany yourself singing and how to transpose), but I don't have the money right now. You can buy a course at a time though. One of the pieces that I've wanted to learn for a long time is "Great Balls of Fire," and it's in Course 3.

I'm mulling over getting one of my bookcases out of storage, but I also want to take a nap. And oh, it's supposed to rain too. Maybe I could go get the bookcase during the week. It looks like Walmart is still selling them, which is good.

Zara is sitting on my lap with her head buried in my arm. Very cute. I want to go to the car and get my music books though. I swear that she can read my mind sometimes because she got off of me.

I brought some books in from the car. I found some of my "easy" classical piano pieces books. I went to sell some books on Amazon. However, they wanted a new credit card number, which I entered, but it's taking some time to update. They say that it could take up to 48 hours. Bah. Nap time. I'm also finding some books to sell on my bookshelves too. Cull those books!

I signed up for a "Guitar Pass" as well as my "Piano Pass" on Lessonface. Group guitar lessons on Wednesday and Friday. I found a guitar instructor whom I'd like to study under eventually. She taught herself classical guitar!

I'm scheduled to get the stimulus payment on Wednesday.

I took a nap set until 9 and woke up at almost 11 instead. I need to feed the cats (done) and eat (done) and practice voice (done, but only a half-hour, but that wiped me out) and piano (done). And take out the garbage (done). Mimi thinks that I'm calling her when I sing.

I found a habit tracker that will remind you to do things, so I'm trying it out.

piano, organizing, guitar, italian, zara, chores, decluttering, habits, money
