Yesterday I was using the exercise bike and was exhausted after five minutes. I was disgusted with myself. Then I noticed the resistance dial, and it was way up at the maximum. I dialed it down a little, and it was much easier.

I've been looking into trips to Spain to practice my Spanish.
But I honestly don't think I'll get to leave Germany this year.

I was specifically looking for a goal planner that includes the "why" for the goal plus obstacles and resolutions. I did find something

Wanting to stay healthy, flexible, and mobile as I get older is a very good motivator that keeps me exercising regularly.
