Knockoffs
We got some snow to round out the ice storm. I hate winter. But most of the snow seems to have blown off my car overnight.
Started laundry. On the docket for today is cleaning out my home office room and maybe the bathroom.
Started playing around with Lessonface. I'm trying to find an Italian teacher who teaches on the weekend. I'd like to do music lessons too, but the skin on my hands has been peeling and is very sore, so guitar or piano is out. I could do voice. I found some interesting voice teachers on Lessonface. One of them teaches songwriting, which has always interested me.
I'm trying Stitch Fix, but having things shipped only once every three months. We'll see if they "get" my clothing style or not. Yes, they do. They have an outfit that I really like. Uh-oh. I'm trying to re-create one of the outfits on eBay and just get the sweater.
Zara and Mimi have now barfed in stereo. Yikes.
I'm playing a fun game of looking at meals in HelloFresh, and finding free recipes that are similar. Mushroom Cavatappi is in my future. Assuming that I can find cavatappi, but you can substitute macaroni. Also Shrimp Scampi.
I tried Duolingo, and I like it so far. I also got the Fluent Forever app so that I can work on vocabulary.
More "wintry mix" incoming. I'm glad that I'm not going anywhere. And we got more snow.
This week has gone fast. Well, I only get a week off and lost three days in Chicago, so it's not surprising.
I have a cat (Zara) on my shoulders. Accessorizing with fur....
