I got home from California last night around twelve thirty. It was such a great trip, even though it was only a couple days. On Thursday we flew into LAX and arrived there at around eleven Pacific time. We walked around Melrose and got lunch. After we checked into the hotel, my mom and I walked down to Rodeo and got matching manicure/pedicures. =o) haha
On Friday I slept in till one and then my mom and i walked down to Rodeo again. We got our hair done at Vidal Sassoon, then walked around. I got a new LV bag and then we went back to the hotel to get ready. We went out to dinner with my cousins at this country club in Beverly Hills that they are part of and after that we all went out for a couple hours.
On Saturday I walked down to Rodeo, yet again, and shopped some more. Then we went to this place on Rodeo and got made-up for the party that night. The party was for my cousin's Bar-Mitzvah and it was at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. He's really into sports so they trasformed the entire lobby and reception hall into this baseball-themed party. It was incredible... The whole thing. I met this kid named Gideon who was sixteen and we danced for most of the night. Then when the party was over around twelve thirty we went upstairs to the pool and hung out in the fourth floor lobby. Around one he walked me back to my room and I had to wake up around four to go to the airport. Boring plane ride... I listened to The Spill Canvas the entire time and about three hours into the flight they put on Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. When we touched down I called Sara because she's insanely hot and it was hard for me to live without her for four days. ha ha. =o)
We drive tonight and you are by my side.
We're talking about our lives
Like we've known each other forever.
The time flies by with the sound of your voice.
It's close to paradise, with the end surely near.
And if I could only stop the car and hold onto you
And never let go, I'll never let go.
As we round the corner to my house,
You turned to me and said,
"I'll be going through withdrawl of you
For this one night we have spent."
And I want to speak these words,
But I guess I'll just bite my tongue,
And accept "someday, somehow"
As the words that we'll hang from.
And I, I don't want to speak these words
'Cause I, I don't want to make things any worse.
Why does tonight have to end?
Why don't we hit restart,
And pause it at our favorite parts.
We'll skip the goodbyes.
If I had it my way,
I'd turn the car around and runaway,
Just you and I.
Yeah, that song kicks. I'll update more later. xO-Dayna-
