If you mean, where does Irina imply that Nadia is Jack's, it's just before Irina signs her life away to the CIA, and they're talking and Jack says, "Nadia is extraordinary" (or words to that effect) and Irina smiles and says, "I wonder where she got that from." In the kind of way that strongly implies she meant Nadia got it from Jack.
