Oh my God, seriously. This is one of the many reasons why I love working at the Y. All of the swimming lanes are numbered one through seven, with LARGE numbers indicating which lanes are which. Okay, so this one woman comes in tonight, proceeds to count the people swimming in the pool (there were 6 people swimming, and lane six was empty), and she asks me which lane is empty. First off, that was a dumb question, as anyone could have plainly seen that THERE WAS NOBODY IN LANE SIX. I politely tell her that lane six is open. She then asks me which lane is lane six. *Facepalm* And the thing is that she could see too!
However, I love working at the Y. There are some great members there, and I love working with my coworkers as well, and although I complain about shit there, I really love it.
I also bought Pretty in Pink today! I looooove that movie! It has also inspired me with my sculpture project too. Will post some pics of my plans soon! Hopefully you'll like it! And kudos to the Duck Man too! :-P
