A Cruel World
i just finished watching this movie about the Holocaust and Anne Frank. She was one of the many millions of children that died during that horrid event. I still can't believe that such a thing happened...that such pain and suffering had plauged the lives of innocent Jews. Where was god during all this...why did he let them hurt so much? They didn't diserve that kind of torment...they did nothing wrong. i wonder also about the Nazis..the power-hungry, predjudice Germans and their ringleader, Hitler. i don't understand how someone could feel such hate for an entire race and even go so far as to try to wipe them out completly. Such feelings of remorse and dispossition should not be felt by the human heart nor should ones actions reflect them. i almost wish i didn't watch the movie at all...then these terrible visions in my head would not haunt me. But i did and now i am ashamed to be of the human race...one that hates and persecutes the helpless and innocent. i am angry and sadened by the fact that my fellow human could be so wicked...so intolorable. What a cruel hateful world we live in...what a cruel hateful species we are...and again i ask why....
