EXCITEMENT!!!
my book manuscript has just had its first (beta) reader. aunt buba has finished it and when i go visit next month we're going to go over all of her notes she has for me. HOW EXCITING.
i've drafted my query letter to begin sending to agents, i just have to wait for my author friend to return from her author's retreat and she'll go over it with me and offer feed back on that.
i know i still have work to do, but is this happening? yes.
i need to figure out what my next story will be though... i have several ideas already. narrowing down. do i stick with my current world and characters or do i move into a different world? decisions decisions.
