I would update if I could remember what happened.
I don't know what happened. All I can say is that the first thing I want to do is call Ari and Joray, but I don't want them to see me like this... don't want them to know what's happened (especially when I barely know, myself).
The last person I saw before I woke up in Sickbay, was the man in whose "care" I was left. No sooner than my comrades left me, did his associate bring in a bunch of other thugs - I honest to god don't know what happened except for good old fashioned cloroform. The doctors don't even know what happened to me, but I'm told I was poisoned with both saf and mushroom toxin and that my liver and kidneys were 90% destroyed.
The rest is like a dream. I don't know what's real, and what isn't. Some things at least, I KNOW were a dream. I dreamt about Gran, and Dawnie. I dreamt about Randy. I dreamt I was on his Maquis ship.
Waking up, that was real. When I woke up, I was in a strange Sickbay, and Therav was next to me with my hand curled in both of his. He looked to be asleep, and I closed my eyes again because for some reason, I didn't want to wake him. Somehow later I ended up in his quarters instead of my own, and my cat was there.
I feel like I've been run over by an old fashioned steam locomotive. I can't eat anything yet, but I'm told I have to. Dr. Neera says that I'll make a full recovery, but it may be a few days before I really feel like myself again and that I should just rest up.
Therav came back at one point, and gave me some really bland Andorian porridge and some herbal tea. I joked again that he'd make an excellent mate for the right bond. He said in all seriousness that he doesn't want to be with anyone else, and he didn't stick around for me to say anything to that. He was off again, off to the next set of debriefings.
