I went to the hearing.  Miraculously, I didn't die of teh nervous.  Yay for that!  My attorney was fantastic.  CA's?  Not as much.  Point for me!  And apparently another point for me for being the mom!  Yay!  I'll take it.  So now CA has to give me money on certain dates.  Thank god for some kind of routine.  And the lawyers are getting together to ( Read more... )

I went to bed last night around midnight.  I went to sleep after 2 am.  Because I could not sleep.  I hate that.  At 2something am, Matthew was in my bedroom because he'd had a bad dream.  In his dream,  he was in the hospital hooked up to a bunch of monitors.  He had some disease that had a name in his dream, but I can't quite remember it now.  ( Read more... )
