Though I am working on the other stuff, too. I'm just making the physical change my focus for now.
I signed back on with Body by Glamour (at Glamour.com). I went back because I remember the workouts are different from everyone else's. There's a lot of combining moves to twist the body or force it into positions (carefully) that it doesn't do all the time. The idea is to take the body out of the comfort zone so you can't just skate through the workout and call it done.
I told the program I really needed to work on my core and holy crap did it give me what I asked for. The last five moves are all core-related and finishes with a long Plank. Have I ever told you how much I hate the Plank? I don't think there are words. Of course, this is the move I need most, so I'm being good and doing it.
I am a noodle now. I think I will sleep well tonight. *flump*
