Um... I want to ask anybody who knows how to fight...

How do you pick a weapon? I mean... how do you know what suits you best? Do you try them until you figure it out, or do you let someone pick for you? And what if you-

What if you're too small to be strong enough with just that? [Like, say, a 4-foot midget who has yet to hit that convenient teenage growth spurt...]

Then you need to train hard and fix that. Besides, learning to fight with your fists teaches you important fundamentals about fighting in general!

You'd be surprised. Though most weapons will teach you about fundamentals of attack and defense and stances and the like, knowing how to fight without a weapon makes you far more dangerous in many situations. For one simple reason.

You're always armed and dangerous. No matter what.

That makes a lot of sense, but... you can't make yourself bigger or stronger faster than you can learn how to use a weapon.

Heh. You haven't seen training where I'm from, kid. But you'd be surprised. And getting bigger and stronger is part of the process. And unarmed combat isn't always about raw strength. Dexterity and agility matter too. Do you have that on your side, at least?
