So, yesterday I had fencing club. we rad 3/8 of a mile, then walked another 1/8 to cool down. By that time I was short of breath, but the walking helped. We did some lunges, a few drills, and a few more lunges. Then we lined up for Stab-the-glove-before-it-falls-game, and I realized that I was way, way too short of breath for this to be normal. It
