As I'm digesting the headlines of today, I thought this quote was pretty appropriate to consider

I've seen this quote several times around the net. While it's a really nice quote... MLK really didn't say it unfortunately.

I did do a quick check on it before I posted it as such to make sure it really was attributed to MLK Jr. Unfortunately, when something has flooded the internet like that it makes it appear to be the truth.

Anyway, I suppose it calls for another more thorough search later. Unless, of course, you know the source off hand? Or is it simply anonymous?

And ultimately, although I want to attribute the quote correctly, in this case it really isn't about who said it. I agree with those words whole heartedly. See, for example, the links to my previous journal entries on the subject.
