Yes, it's good to see you updating. Actually, I'm somewhat guilty of not updating very much, either. I feel as though I have little to talk about except for my opinionated posts on the state of the world, or other things that are of little interest to most people. :}

This is the bread and butter of blogging ;)
But really, this is what I like to read about on my LJ page. I can' get the news somewhere else, but for opinions from people like--or unlike-- me, and for dialogue, I look to LJ!

I find something of interest to me in most of your posts, and if you're talking about a subject I don't have a great interest in, so what? :)

The subject about what someone should post into their blog keeps resurfacing. Typically my response is that anyone should be able to post whatever they like, and if someone else doesn't like it, too bad for them... But personally I guess there's more to it than that... Otherwise, I wouldn't have these reservations
