So every week, the sisterhood chair of my sorority sends out an e-mail with the names of four sisters and asks the other sisters to send in comments about each person: memories, nice things to say about them, etc. Then these are presented to said sisters anonymously and with a pretty 'bib' with their name on it plus a few choice adjectives that

Missy is so funny and sweet! She is VERY COOL and definitely a great role model; a good worker and a good friend. i haven't really talked to her in a while, but she is VERY AWESOME! she also owns writing.
