Today I took a deep breath (and in shock at being able to do so, took another couple) and then made the decision to go swimming for the first time since the beginning of September.  I always find it incredibly hard to make the decision to start swimming again after a long period of not being able to.  i have to be able to cope with getting there, ( Read more... )
