And to celebrate the 6th anniversary of the discovery of a hydrogen atmosphere on an extrasolar planet called Osiris, I'm going to make a resolution to go on LiveJournal more often because I just realized that I haven't posted or really read anything for over a month. I know, I'm a sucky friend.
Speaking of sucky friends, I maintain that there's a special circle of hell reserved for bike thieves. It's such a pain in the ass because it's really my only means of transportation! ...As you can tell, I had my bike stolen recently. It was a nice bike, only a year old. It makes me sad. That's the second one in two years. This city sucks.
Fortunately, I recently won a Bose Sounddock from my new favourite bar, The Toucan. They're really only my new favourite bar because they keep giving me stuff. It's awesome. Anyways, I won the Sounddock, but I don't have a use for it. So in an effort to help me buy a new just-as-shiny bike, I'm selling the Sounddock. If anyone wants one or knows someone who wants one, they're very pretty, please buy mine. I'll cut you a modest deal. Otherwise, I'm posting it on eBay.
In other news, I'm really bored. I need a grad position. Or a job. Or something to do.
Sometimes, it feels pointless, like there's no room out there for me. Move over! Make me some room, goddammit!
To that end, I'm going to start learning Blender and some as yet unnamed programming language. I just need a project to work on. Ideas? What do you need?
