I'm so dense sometimes...
I went down to starbucks to get a frap. Easy enough, right? So I'm walking down Hollywood Blvd completely oblivious to all the vendors/hawkers/street peoples. This one guy with a big ole sign that I didn't bother reading keeps trying to stop me. I got my headphones on, I'm rockin out and I just keep saying "No thanks" as I continue strolling... right into a film in production! LOL Before I know it the entire sidewalk is full of gear, cameras, lights, dollys, crew everywhere and then bam! Here comes a whole crew of people pushing a cameraman on a dolly and a bunch of other people all looking at me like where the fuck did YOU come from! Needless to say I boogied my narrow ass right across the street before security could catch up with me. I'm such a dork. It was kinda comical but I still felt foolish. I guess security wasn't that tight because I saw a few other people doing the same thing... including my admissions advisor from M.I.! He was like hey Paul, whats up? I had to take my earphones off to hear him. He said he saw me and was laughing cuz he did the same thing when he went to get his lunch. Glad I'm not the only dork in town, LOL! I never found out what they were filming, it could be anything. Although I did notice a large amount of punkers and goth types milling about the street where they were filming, so maybe it was a video or something. Who knows. Another one for the story books kids... Geeze I feel stupid! hehehe
