aside from the reference to the great speech from JFK, this is such a cool animated movie.  it's calls itself a "Justice League" movie, but they never use the name, since it doesn't exist.  it's one of those "what if...?" type stories.

this is Hallowe'en!

i went to get candy to give out, a big bag of Tootsie Rolls and Tootsie accessories.

i'm still bummed i'm not at work to wear my costume.

still loving the JLU DVDs, but darn it, the episodes are so good that i keep watching one more episode, and then it's two AM. then i get up late.

i got the DVD set today (26 episodes) and i am so loving it. there are so many superheroes and so many nice little touches for us lifelong comic book nerds, and even other fun stuff (Circe does a nice Wicked Witch homage, even!) that it's just great ( Read more... )
