almost got t-boned last night by a minivan.

I had just gotten water at the Vietnamese store.  glad to be off work and headed home.  I saw a green light and then a minivan not even slowing down as I went through the intersection.  swerved and missed it completely (and anything else).  they must have slowed down as well, but really, that was a scary ( Read more... )

May, eh?  hard to believe that April is over- quite the busy month!  travel, cars, cracked ribs, cats to the vet, you name it, something happened every week this month.  by the time May is over...  especially after Mother's Day at work being the busiest time of the season.

having company can sure wear a guy out.  but it sure was nice to go to La Jolla and see and smell the ocean and have a lot of Mexican food in 2 days.  but i'm worn out.  i slept on the couch Sunday night, and that was not a lot of fun.  if i got 3 hours of sleep i'd be amazed.  i'll be sleeping quite well tonight though.  yesh.  i'm glad he's gone ( Read more... )

today has went quickly, which has been nice.  plus i did two massages for MONEY the last two days, gotta like that.  always nice to have money that way, since then i can save the rest for the car.
