ht her Marvel Chillers appearance was from later on, but it was 1975 in the indica. since "she" had such a profound impact on me, i figured it was when i was older. i collected every book she appeared in, and was really happy when she became an Avenger, despite those dreadful stories.
of course, i tell people when i show them the tattoo that she's a stylized pin up girl, since that sounds far less nerdy than "obscure comic book character". at least, i think so.
haven't told my parents yet. probably will wait until March. or maybe even not then.
i've got another obscure Japanese movie you may want to see, celamowari- it's the 1981 version of
Gekko Kamen, AKA Moon Mask Rider, dubbed in English (with hardcoded Dutch or Finnish subs). i've watched about 10 minutes or so and it's not boring yet. they've already pulled off one jaw droppping stunt with our hero.
