A wave of good things (which, judging by how last year went at this time, is nice).
I just got done reviewing how the months of August and September were for me last year. Let me give you a synopsis: They SUCKED. Except for the wedding, of course, which was amazing. I am kind of sad that I didn't journal about it more. I can't believe how many doozies we had to deal with... But we did it, and we did it as gracefully as possible. And we're married now, and it's been almost a year, and we're happy.
This August has been pleasant, to say the least. I had to spend June working on that Master's class and getting ready for going to China. Then, I took off for China and was gone most of the month of July. Vacation really didn't start until this month, and even then it started with the basement flooding.
After that, though, things looked up...
--trip up north boyne bike ride
--painting bedorom AR visit
--Holly being nice
etc. etc.
