Over did it? Maybe?
So yesterday I posted my worst time ever, but also my longest so it balances out. I went 10 miles yesterday in very hot and humid weather. It was 88 with 60% humidity and they called the heat index 97. It wasn't that bad when I started the run thats for sure. I went all the way to Woodward to see cars doing the dream cruise thing. I was fine when I got their and was walking around, but the run back home started to wipe me out. I probably was closer to 12 miles or more total with walking around.
I won't be trying to top that distance till the fall, and when I do, I think I can make a vast improvement on my time. But for the moment a 20K run is just a little to far for me to handle.
