This morning in the flat I had a man checking for asbestos and do some measurements. It was clear anyway, but at some point, in the future, our windows will be replaced with more energy-efficient ones. Or at least one which will keep more heat in. That will probably include the door leading to the car park and garden. Winter does seem to get in

It's always a little scary when they start talking about looking for asbestos. :o
