I visited friends today and was playing with their young'un. I greatly enjoy playing with toys on the floor, but I found this time a little awkward. We were playing action figures (Batman, Zena, Superman) and I suddenly found myself speechless. All I could think of to pretend was either beating each other up, or some sort of lewd innuendo. Off the top of my head, I could not think of any pretend play that was age-appropriate.

I wonder if there's a refresher course in doll make-believe...

I blame it on my tom-boy sister. Also, maybe too may eps of Robot Chicken.
