Workout Overview

I've been to the gym everyday this week. I've been consistently in about three times a week for the last month or so. I've been playing with the different classes offered, aerobics, cardio-kickboxing, yoga, etc. I typically attend a class and then wander off on my own for half an hour of cardio on the stairmaster and weight training ( Read more... )
