Day Eighteen - Ghost Town

Summary: Upon waking and finding herself in DM, Dani has the questionable pleasure of first meeting Jayne Cobb. She is shocked and appalled at his take on things, especially since it clashes so badly with her own nature. He eventually offers to show her where the town hall is when talk turns to checking in - and she remains less than impressed with his attitude.
Dani had read the papers, but they hadn't made a lot of sense to her. Oh, she understood, yes, but ... why she would be here was beyond her. Running her fingers through her hair, Danielle looked around her room. Plain, dull, but had the feel of having been lived in recently. She couldn't precisely place why it felt that way ...but it did. Sort of like the way a room felt at St. Mungo's when a long-term patient had recently left.
Shrugging it off, Danielle eased out into the hallway.
Whatever reason she'd been called ... she was here, now. Maybe someone around could offer her a little more insight on things. A glance around showed her the cafeteria to her right, and some sort of rec room straight ahead ... so she started that way.
