I own both the first 2 series graphic novels and while the first one was decidedly MEH on all counts, the second one was actually pretty cool.

So now they're doing a new 6 comic series! I am so totally excited, you guys have to go check this out:

Dude you have no idea, I was reading it going "HOLY SHIT" Oh my god and LILITH IS IN IT. D:< I FUCKING KID YOU NOT. She also steals Dean's first kiss like a total pedo. Arrrrgh, it was so fucking crazy and awesome. Also it made me want to punch John for not telling his kids shit because fuck if some of this info would have been helpful to them later. GOD DAMN IT JOHN.

It was actually quite good and you should definitely read it!

I mean you can try the first graphic novel if you want but like...IDK the story is crazy and the art absolutely destroys any attempt at storytelling. :/

You know, I wasn't too horrified by the novels but I did go into them expecting...crap. So like, maybe that made it easier for me to get through them. They weren't great though. I do agree with you. I've read way better fanfic stories than what the novels managed. Love of the show makes a huge difference. I wish publishers would pay attention to that when calling in writers.

I will absolutely try and find a way to get you guys the comics. D: I really really want them to sell so I want to try and avoid giving out scans but I'll try to find a way to share them. For the time being though....

Speaking of killer!Dean, I have got to thank you for linking vorpalblades's fic. I know I keep saying that, but OMG that is going into my favorites folder. I'm going to have to reread it before telling her how much I love it!

Oh my god the demon-power-fueled robot was so fucked up, IDK, I think I block that from my memory, lol. WE NEED ROBOTS IN OUR SHOW, KRIPKE!

Hmm, well...weekiller!Dean is faboo I don't know if it's possible to top that! BUT, John being an obsessive douchebag is made so clear it's almost shocking how much I -get- Sam wanting to leave. It's such an eye opener. Sam's disillusionment with everything vs. Dean's untroubled obedience to his dad... Also I love finding out all this information that's only been speculated on, by fandom.

ANYWAYS, I ramble so much. But YES I am so glad you liked the fic! She's so good at writing and I really enjoyed the creepiness of it. (her Dean voice just kept getting more numb as the story went on, it was amazing...) I am really thrilled you like it. :D
