Quick update

Still not dead. I've been really slack lately. Work and school have been taking up all my time. I haven't even been checking livejournal. Mostly I've just used the internet just for downloading my podcasts. My team at work did get half a day off to go bowling. It was fun. I think I'd be using my LJ more if I could check it/update at work. *sigh* I am planning to go home here in a week or so. I'm looking forward to watching the new Supernatural. And I'm being really random today, sorry.

Since I have been mostly podcast centric, let me link you.

Video Podcasts:

Diggnation of course is the standard. I love Alex and Kevin. Digg is one of the few sites that work allows through even though half the things they link to are blocked.

The Totally Rad Show is Alex from Diggnation's new show featuring Dan from Geekdrome and Jeff who also used to show up on Geekdrome occasionally. I'll admit that I never got into Geekdrome mostly because Jonathan annoyed me. So at least Dan can get his movie dorkness out for me to enjoy.

iFanboy also from Revision3 is a weekly podcast about comic books. The guys are just super cute and geeky. I can totally see myself getting along with all of them. They also do a weekly audio podcast from their site. So check that out too.

DL.TV is a technology podcast. It features Patrick Norton who I enjoyed from his Screensaver days before G4 bought out tech TV. It also features Robert Herron and some of the other guys from Tech TV, so I'm all for supporting it. It's a little hard core tech focused, but the guys are personable and you would totally ask any of them to come over to your house and help you set up your new home theater system.

Audio Podcasts:

This Week in Tech or TWiT features the ever entertaining Leo Laporte also from Screensavers. You may recognize him as Regis and Kelly's tech guy. They go over the weekly tech stories and the other guests rotate occasionally. Leo also has a lot of other podcasts and shows that he does and you can find links from the TWiT site.

Buzz Out Loud is another tech podcast that comes from the venerable C/Net.com. I've only listened to it a couple of times but it seems like good stuff. Plus there are girls, which is something rare for podcasts.

So that's what I listen to/watch. What do you download? Any recommendations? I'd love some kind of movie or style podcasts to add to my list.
