Just finished the last of my finals for this quarter. My school is so obnoxious. There is no way I can get my grades until next quarter. They have no way of checking online. They don't email. I would have to hunt my professor down to get the grade. And this is a technology school. *sigh* Anyway, I have two weeks off.
I had a good birthday up in Lexington last week. It snowed while I was there and we watched movies and hung out. I met all of
amiguriken's law school friends. We went and saw Ghost Rider which is laughably bad. Fun was had, and it was good to hang with Kristy since I don't get to see her as much what with both our schedules.
I've been catching up with Heroes the past day or so. I'm really enjoying the developments and I have a theory as to the season ender. I'm not into it enough to look for spoilers and such so this is completely my opinion.
I think that the reason Peter goes nuclear, is not because of all the people he's met, because we're seeing that he can control it now. I think the reason that Peter would go nuclear is because he runs into Sylar after he's absorbed an ass ton of others. Peter doesn't control his power when he's in the proximity of someone who has them. He controls them after the fact. So if Sylar has 20 powers or something going on and then runs into Peter again... I really think they're setting up a Sylar and Peter showdown for the finale.
I'm also waiting impatiently for SGA's season 2 DVD release. I wants it precious. Kristy and I were watching old SG-1 eps, and I recently filled out my SG-1 DVD collection so that I have everything but season's 9 and 10 now. Neither of which I'm too worried about having. I miss Jack. Jack was one of the main reasons I watched SG-1. I love Vala and Cam, and I've enjoyed them, but damn I miss Jack. I'm looking forward to the movies when they do them. I'm curious. At any rate, SGA still has my love as well. All the craziness of this season and the whiny fan girls have not deterred me at all. I'm excited to see what they do next season, especially since they don't have SG-1 to lean on anymore.
Last week's ep of Supernatural, Tall Tales, was hilarious. I finally got around to watching it yesterday. I love POV stories. They are my favorites.
Also, I made a Kane banner a while back and didn't post it, so here it is with little fan fare, sorry.
