IF I GET ONE MORE FUCKING ANGRY RUSSIAN AT WORK I WILL EITHER HAVE A MENTAL BREAK DOWN OR QUIT!! So fucking tired of the Bull shit I have to put up with. I mean yes I love helping people and I've been getting alot of good ones lately, its just when I now get a bad one, IT IS BAD, there is much screaming and shouting, its starting to wear on me.

Something I have found out after being there a long time, is the bad calls (even just 2 a day) out weigh the good calls. If you really help some one, and they are all nice, yay for about 10 min. One bad call and your shaken up for the rest of the day, and when you keep getting them day after day you really start to hate your job.
