IF I GET ONE MORE FUCKING ANGRY RUSSIAN AT WORK I WILL EITHER HAVE A MENTAL BREAK DOWN OR QUIT!! So fucking tired of the Bull shit I have to put up with. I mean yes I love helping people and I've been getting alot of good ones lately, its just when I now get a bad one, IT IS BAD, there is much screaming and shouting, its starting to wear on me. dont care if boss reads this, but I had a sub today that esco'd on me, twas funny cause he threatened to disco his services if he didn't get a teck out there tonight, I told him one moment and I'd have him disco'd, he acted all shocked and asked me if I cared, I said no, then he calmed down and politely asked for a superviser, who he then apologizeds to me in fornt of and continued to esco to. yeah I released the call and went to break. It was like this most of the day, didn't help that I had one of the trainees that just got out of training sitting by me and all. Nice guy, me having nice day. I didn't take anything out on him though which was good. Nother note they have me working to 1am on fridays and now they are trying to get me to work at 9 am the next day and they damn well know that I live out of town, if it wasn't for boss I'd be stuck working it. But for a company that cares about their employees that just BS to me...
