Tinder lovin'
Have y'all heard of Tinder? The very shallow sorta dating app on the iPhone? Well believe it or not about 3 months ago I met a guy on it. We've been on multiple dates and have an amazing time when we're together. The problem with him is he is always working and busy. He seems like a genuine person so I feel like he's not lying when he says he's really working or something. Another thing is I would always text him to make plans to hangout or ask to go out. I know the rule like if he really cares and wants to see me then he would pick up his phone and call me. Maybe I'm making excuses for him but he has the personality of being super laid back and chill. But when we do hangout it's good. That's why I continue to make an effort. I recently got upset with him because he flaked on me one night when he made it seem like he was going to make it out. He said he would call me to talk and work things out. But that has yet to happen...and this was about a month ago. He texted me a couple weeks ago and said that he has been really busy at work and that he has other issues going on with his friend (he had mentioned to me before about his friend's drug problem before we got into this mess). He "PROMISED" me we would talk when things settle down and his mind has just been "overwhelmed" as of late. I really messed things up and probably freaked him out. I don't know what to do. I had hope for this but I just pushed things too fast. Is this repairable or even worth it?Should I wait for things to settle down or just move on?
