I'm enlisting, incidentally, not being drafted. I think if I'd been drafted, I'd probably have run in the opposite direction just to be contrary. [her grin widens] If I'm to make a home in this place though, it only makes sense that I help defend it.
To my merry band of misfits, your company is as always appreciated, but this isn't Kirkwall. And to be honest we're all better suited to starting wars together than stopping them. I'm not about to show up on your doorsteps and drag you off to certain death. [a thoughtful pause] Well, not this week, at least.
