First stop in Portugal - Melo near Gouveia
In Portugal we found a very nice little campsite "Quintas das Cegonhas" and we decided to stay for three nights. We met some very nice Dutch people and even shared dinner with some of them one night, with very interesting conversations about the Dutch and German history.
The days we spent with some cycling and some trips with the Bus to old villages and small towns.

Gouveia, where we bought some salmon steaks for 4 € and two kilos of potatoes for 40 cents

they love their roads small down there...
