i enjoyed reading your answers... brought me back to the time when I first met you and we'd talk about any and every random thing (during Victor/Victoria)
i think that is a very accurate description of friend levels. i might have to adopt it when i try to describe to people how i don't believe in best friends really.
You! I was just thinking about you. When Kelly and Strand were in town for Emlyn and Jamie's wedding, a social circle which hasn't existed in a while coalesced and you were a conspicuous absence. You're missed. Kelly and I talked about you a bit when I mentioned to him that you and he are tied as the funniest and most skilled writers of comedy it's ever been my privelidge to know. I don't suppose that was a manager of Portland, OR apartments and you're moving back to the NW?
Unfortunately it was a Portland apartments in Portland Michigan (I am pretty sure that Michigan copied all its city names from every other state in the Nation. There is a Decatur, MI too.
After Alice is done with school, we plan on moving back to the NW again. I am actually thinking of going back to school for Creative Writing/Literature/Teaching
Take a look at Western's graduate English program. I'm going to be applying to go there a year from now. Here's some of the things that attracted me.
1) Offers an M.A. in English with a focus in creative writing (as opposed to an M.F.A.) This is good if you ever plan on pursuing a Ph.D. 2) Like helping their M.A.s find and get into doctoral programs. 3) Are a big teaching school so focus on teaching their M.A.s to teach writing. 4) Have a foreign language requirement, but will let you take a stack of linguistics courses as a substitute.
