University starts again tomorrow! Kind of, anyway. I haven't got class on Mondays, there's a start-of-the-semester kind of meeting on Tuesday, so I guess classes will start on Wednesday.
Let's see, what's my timetable this semester?

Ignoring Tuesday, it doesn't look so bad. Mondays I'm probably going to spend on Science Campus for Morphology assignments, Wednesday afternoons on Science Campus doing reading assignments, translations and French, Thursday mornings in our department library doing reading assignments/translations and preparing for the presentation for RTPJ, and Friday mornings and afternoons on Science Campus doing reading assignments/translations (mornings) and Morphology assignments (afternoons). Depending on my topic for the RTPJ presentation, I might stay in our library on Fridays, too.
Weekends will be filled with reading assignments/translations, making flash cards and studying Japanese and French. Oh, and preparing that presentation, too.
Oh, yes, that presentation. It's going to be in English. I CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO. *hides* (You might object to that, but let me tell you one thing: While I am completely aware of the fact that I can _write_ in English, my _spoken_ English is terrible. I have an incredibly strong German accent, can't distinguish between American and British pronunciation and tend to pronounce several words with a Japanese accent. The words "Japan" and "Japanese", for example. I also tend to be at a loss for words because speaking requires faster thinking than writing. So yeah.)
I am going to study hard especially for General Translation and Technical Translation (ESPECIALLY especially for General Translation); my goal is to get at least a 1,7 in GT and a 1,3 in TT (I got a 1,0 on TT last semester without studying, so that should be possible).
I'd like to get a 1,0 this semester for Literature, too. It should be possible.
ESEA? Bleh. Not really looking forward to that; economy doesn't really interest me, but this time, it's a joint effort by our cluster of excellence, so we get several lecturers, about two lectures in English and in general a rather profound education in the Economy of East Asia. I'll do my best, but I won't be too disappointed about a 2,0. (I AM NOT GOING TO GET A WORSE GRADE THAN 2,0, HEAR THAT, BRAIN? *shakes fist* Not even for a class about economics.)
About French... I'm going to take the exam for a language certificate this semester, which means that there'll be an oral presentation on top of the written exam. The course is going to be fun!
I've got a Japanese exam in... July, I guess? June or July. About Kanji. wheeeee~ I'll study for that exam whenever I find some time.
In August, I'll be notified about the result of my application for a MEXT scholarship. I WANT IT T_____________________T PLEASE T______________________________________T I'll study hard, and hopefully they'll choose me >o
Eh, I guess that's it for now. DAMN IT I still have to tidy up my room. My desk is covered in books, a photo album, random paper stuff, boxes, flash cards and... envelopes. *fails* I also gotta print out my student ID. Hooray.
(Now let's hope Rich Text Editor works; writing up tables in HTML sucks.)
